Illumi Facial by Lynton Lasers


The Illumi Facial by Lynton Lasers is a multi-step experience which addresses many common skin concerns such as redness, dryness and uneven skin tone.

There are many skin concerns that can compromise our complexion. Congestion, discolouration and the visible signs of ageing such as lines and wrinkles, dryness and dehydration can all take their toll. Creams, lotions and serums can help the appearance of the upper most layer of the skin (the upper epidermis) but aren’t going to penetrate deeply. Illumi Facial, by Lynton Lasers is the ‘next generation’ of clinically proven and highly effective ‘photo facial’ treatments, using a new and unique combination of specialist Lynton skincare, together with powerful, medical-grade Lynton IPL technology.

Am I suitable for an Illumi Facial by Lynton, at Bank MediSpa?

Before any treatment can commence here at Bank MediSpa, you will be asked to attend a no obligation consultation, where we will assess your unique skin concerns, check your medical history and discuss the results you are likely to achieve with this treatment. When we and you are happy to continue with an Illumi Facial, you can book your first treatment appointment.

What happens during an Illumi Facial?

A full treatment plan will be created by your skin practitioner, to treat your specific facial concerns. The treatment is broken down in to 4 key steps: which are;

1. Cleanse

The first step in obtaining clear, healthy and radiant skin involves a deep cleanse, with
your Illumi Facial practitioner using a specialist formulation to remove any dirt, debris, makeup and impurities.

2. Tri-Fruit Acid Peel

Following the deep cleanse of your skin, a unique Tri-Fruit Acid Lynton Peel will be applied to your skin, for anywhere between 3 and 10 minutes. The Tri-Fruit Acid Lynton Peel resurfaces skin texture as well as decongesting clogged pores and priming the skin, ready for stage 3 of the Illumi Facial.

3. Lynton IPL Skin Rejuvenation

Post fruit peel, your skin will be at its optimum condition to receive the award-winning Lynton Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment. This stage of the treatment works by both stimulating collagen and targeting any discolouration on your skin, such as freckles, sunspots, hyperpigmentation, vascular breakouts, and redness. In many cases, the results are instant, so you will experience dramatically clearer, firmer, and more evenly toned skin.

4. Hydrate & Protect

To help maximise the results of your Lynton Illumi facial treatment, a trio of specialist serums will be applied to your skin after stage 3, to soothe, regenerate and protect your skin.

When will I notice the results?

You should see some results immediately following your treatment. However, in the weeks that follow and through a course of treatment, you should see tighter, clearer, and more evenly toned skin with a youthful bounce and glassy-smooth appearance.

How many treatments will I need?

For optimum results, we recommend a treatment course of 6 treatments. However, this all depends on your individual concerns. Your treatment course will be discussed and created for you at your pre-treatment consultation.
