The most common length of a sports massage is around 60 minutes, but they can vary from 30- to 90-minute sessions. We’ll discuss everything with you beforehand and decide on the level you require.
Our wellness massage services start from £50 per session but can range to above £100 per session depending on the type of treatment you choose.
We offer a sports massage that offers immediate relief from muscle tension, and a Gua Sha massage helps to reduce puffiness.
This depends on the level of treatment you require, but return visits can be between a week, a fortnight, or monthly. Our specialist practitioners will discuss every aspect of your treatment during a consultation and your appointments to ensure you’re getting the best results possible.
