Profhilo® is not a filler but a 100% Hyaluronic Acid (HA) gel which bio-remodels your skin to treat its laxity by hydrating it from the inside out, nourishing dermal cells, and restoring natural firmness of the skin. It is injected in small amounts across the face, and easily spreads beneath the dermis stimulating the production of collagen and elastin.
A great option for those who have visible signs of ageing skin, as well as younger people who are looking to prevent the signs of ageing by strengthening the skin’s collagen & elastin and increasing hydration.
A course of Profhilo® involves two sessions spaced approximately 4 weeks apart, with a top up at 6 months to maintain the results. Results lasts 3-6 months.
Profhilo® is especially effective at treating skin laxity on the body on areas such as the hands, inner arms, stomach, and neck.
You can expect to see a gradual intense hydration, improvement in lines, skin tone, texture, and elasticity. Overall, you can expect increased firmness, elasticity, and an overall improved quality of skin and youthful, glowing complexion. You may start to see a gradual improvement in the skin over the four weeks between the two recommended sessions, but it is usually not until the second treatment that the client will see the best result.
